SHIPPING POLICIES
We offer UPS Ground (delivers in 1 to 7 business days based on location), 3 Day Select (guaranteed air delivery in 3 business days), 2nd Day Air (guaranteed air delivery in 2 business days) and Next Day air (guaranteed air delivery in 1 business day).
For a limited time we are now offering FREE Domestic (48 contiguous states) Ground Shipping Orders Over $99.
Items are sent via UPS based on UPS Ground delivery time.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide an actual physical address for quick delivery. Please make sure that all shipping information is correct, complete (Apt. #, floor #, etc.) and up to date. Mai Flores New York cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed non-deliverable. Customers will be charged for return shipments.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a UPS shipping notification via email including your tracking number with the expected delivery date.
Please allow one business day to process your order. We will ship your order the next business day. We will notify you promptly if an item is out of stock or on backorder.

PACKAGING
All items are packaged in attractive gift boxes inside a padded package.
WARRANTY / REPAIR POLICY
All Mai Flores jewelry is handmade using quality craftsmanship and we stand behind our products. Each piece is individually inspected and approved to be free of defects prior to sale.
If your Jewelry is in need of repair within 3 months from date of receipt, please contact us at info@maiflores.com, before you send it. Do not send anything without first contacting us and getting an approval by email along with an exchange code.
Please provide as much of the following information as possible: Purchaser’s full name; Date & location of purchase; Sales Receipt Number; Product Code; Description of jewelry; and what needs repair.
Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair if charges will be applied. For your protection, all returns must be packaged in a padded envelope and insured.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a no return policy. Customers who make website orders are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Jewelry items are accepted for exchange if returned within 30 days from receipt of purchase. Jewelry must be sent back, unworn, tags attached and in their original packaging in saleable condition, and accompanied by a sales receipt.
Do not send anything without first contacting us at info@maiflores.com. Please provide as much of the following information as possible: Purchaser’s full name; Date & location of purchase; Sales Receipt Number; Product Code; Description of jewelry; reason for exchange; and the item that you would like in exchange.
Items purchased through the website must be mailed back for exchange. Boutique locations are unable to process these orders. Once you have obtained approval by email, you can send the package for exchange. For your protection, all returns must be packaged in a padded envelope and insured.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Special and custom orders can be made. This includes company logos, family crests and other special requests. An original art production fee will be applied. Please contact us at info@maiflores.com.

Your credit card transaction is safe on Maiflores.com. All transactions and exchange of information and data are encrypted via 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption technology. This means that hackers and snoopers would never be able to see or understand the actual data being transmitted from your computer to our servers. Your credit card information is only stored in our secure database for the duration of order processing. Once order is processed, your credit card information will be removed permanently.
PRIVACY
We will never share, sell or rent clients information with another company or entity. We only use your information to verify who you are. Your email address is merely used as a unique username when you log in to your account.

In addition, many pieces offer you the choice to add a gemstone and to choose from various types and colors of gemstones.

Our gemstone jewelry contains quality gemstones in a rainbow of beautiful colors. We look for great quality for the value and check our stones for hue, tone, and saturation of color.
